i have tiny little dark dots around my pubic area and i mean absoloutley tiny, they are not itchy or tingly and i only noticed them this morning. I have shaved in the past but started waxing down there probably about 1/4 of a year ago due to getting bad rashes. at first i thought they might be hairs coming through but im able to pick them of. they are on the skin, not attatched to the hairs, i thought that i could have pubic lice and the tiny black dots could be faeces but again theres no itching at all and i have looked and can not find any crawling things. i have had a long hot shower to scrub and see if it will come of but its still there, i also did find two spot like things that do have puss come out when i squeezed them. could it be an infecton of some sort or am i getting to paranoid? oh and one other thing, i am not and never have been sexually active as im am only 15.
