Hi, I noticed about a month ago that the head of my penis is red and that just below the head on the foreskin to the right and left, it is also red, with some veins that are bulging which were smaller before. The veins start right below the head of the penis. There are two main veins which are now bulging I am almost certain that this is due to vigorous masterbation. I am thinking that the veins inside my penis are swollen and maybe I fractured them somehow during masterbation? Also it seems that as of lately, if I fiddle with my penis, it kind of hardens and curves to the left ONLY SOMETIMES... What can I do to reduce the redness and swollen veins? Can I take aspirins everyday? Please let me know. Thanks!
