I was jerking off i came and i didnt feel anything bad just the usual. then 40 mins later i went to the bathroom to take a shower and my penis is swollen i cant retract my foreskin and at the tip of the foreskin is little bit darker. I do have phimosis dont know if that has anything to do with it. Hey there I highly doubt you fractured your penis. That takes a fair amount of force and is usually accompanied by an audible "pop". Then pain and bruising. As long as your erection has gone away And your foreskin is covering the glans like normal. You should be fine..... did you mastebate rough? Did you use any lube? If so what did you use?

when i was jerking off there was no pop noise and it didnt hurt i did even know it swollen up in till i went to the bathroom which was 40 mins later me jerking off. Last night it was hard to pull back the foreskin i barely seen the tip of my head. now in the morning the shaft is smaller and i can pull back the foreskin down more, i think the swollen has gone down a little. i think i was too rough on it when i was jerking off.
