Yesterday after a particuarly long masturbation session (4 hours) in which I was quite vigorous (with no lubrication), I took a shower, then not long after I noticed that the foreskin over the head part had become very swollen, this isn't all the way around though, just on the upper left side, almost like a swollen bubble in that area.
Now I'm left handed and that tends to be an area of most friction when I masturbate.
It's now today and the swelling is still in that area, I find its much harder than normal to pull the foreskin back to expose the head (strangely the head now appears much smaller in comparison to the swollen foreskin, but I doubt its that the heads gotten smaller).
When pulling back forwards again it just wants to roll up at the bottom of the head (so I grab and pull it back over the head as I've read leaving it sitting behind can be bad)
What really concerns me though is, about 4 days back I had unprotected sex with a woman (she was on the pill, but I wasn't using a condom :/ )
So I'm worried this might actually be an infection or STD from then thats only just starting to surface. (possible fungle infection?)
Should I be worried?, and is there anything I can do to try and alleviate this swelling in the meantime, I'm wondering if its just a bubble of fluid, or its trying to harden from the excessive masturbation.
There's no pain, I noticed the tip of the head a little red n sore in the shower but thats gone now (everything is its usual colour on the head and foreskin, well maybe slightly sore n reddish looking). I'm peeing fine, no pain, balls seem fine too (have had bit of a dodgy tummy past week though)
Please help!, never had anything happen like this before.

Just below the head though n all the way round my penis...i have whats like a ring (i think it is a swollen vein)
The swelling on my foreskin goes down...only comes back when i knock one off but this vein like thing is still there always. Not good.
2 weeks later no change... can't have this like this too long. Im 21 and usually end up taking a bird home almost every weekend after a night out but obviously that won't be happening till this sorts itself out. Daren't go to doctors either.

After a recent masturbation session I am now experiencing the same symptoms!
Did the swelling diminish? Did you guys end up going to the doctors as I think I might :S
Cheers

This is going to be a sort of "catch all" of a reply, so bear with me.
You may have seen there is a small band of skin in the groove under your glans, This is called the frenulum. It joins your foreskin to the tip of the glans. In an uncircumcised penis it is like a little strip of elastic which helps keep the foreskin forward and also stops it being pulled back too far. Often this frenulum is tight and causes pain when boys pull back their foreskin. May be what the concern is about "maybe a swollen vein" comment. Always use hypoallergenic lubricants! Masturbation, especially for extended periods of time, should ALWAYS be lubricated to some degree. Drying and cracking can occur otherwise, along with bleeding, redness, swelling and general discomfort. I don't say this lightly.....ANY discharge that is not cum and is white, yellow, green, hell even if its purple, should be taken up with your GP/Family practitioner. If they don't know whats up, they know someone who does.

dID SOME RESEACRH, LOTS OF CRAPPY ARTICLES OUT THERE, HOWEVER THIS ONE SHOULD HELP:
First-time and recreational penis pumpers immediately experience an exciting temporary gain called Lymphedema.
Vacuum pressure applied to the penis immediately causes the spongy penile tissue known as the corpus cavernosa to engorge with blood, much as it does during an erection. Continued application of pressure for several minutes causes lymphatic fluid to slowly penetrate deep inside the tissue of the penis, where it becomes trapped. This condition is called Lymphedema, and it is the reason that your penis will be noticeably larger and dramatically heavier after pumping than it is normally during an erection.
While Lymphedema is a temporary condition that will begin to subside after the vacuum pressure is released, the bulk of the lymphatic fluid will take two to three hours to drain from the penis. This time frame can be dramatically lengthened through the application of comfortable pressure at the base of the penis with a penis ring after penis pumping.
gIVE IT A COUPLE OF DAYS THEN SEE A DFOCTOR.
