So I have been having a lot of sex recently with my current girlfriend. Always with a condom for penetration, but not for oral. Well this weekend we hit it pretty hard, having sex at least 2-3 times a day. When I woke up on Monday, I noticed I was itchy at the base of my shaft. Not thinking much of it, we continued to have sex a couple of times on Monday. Tuesday morning when I woke up I noticed my penis, right where I was scratching was visibly red and shiny, with also some dry skin. It's now Wednesday, I have not had any sexual contact for about 24 hours but the redness has not subsided yet. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
