I recently began sexual activity after several months of inactivity. Both myself and my partner are in our late 50's. Both of us felt safe regarding STD's so we don't use a condom. After 5 rather active sessions within a week, I noticed some redness in in several spots at the widest part of the base of my penis. We probably didn't allow sufficient time for natural vaginal secretions to occur during foreplay, even though oral sex was performed before penetration. My partner's vagina is very tight. I use an ED product and was able to last approximately 7-8 minutes before ejaculation each of the 5 times. My question centers around the irritation that has occurred at the penis base. Each area (there are 3) is slightly red in color, and 2 have a milky looking cover where the skin has cratered. One has scabbed over. Several months ago before initiating any sexual activity, I had myself tested for HSV 1 and 2 (a previous partner had HSV 2) which proved negative. Could this irritation just be sores from insufficient lubrication in my partners vagina with some sort of infection occurring? The areas do not burn or itch, just slightly tender to the touch. We have stopped all sexual activity until this clears up.

That does sound like irritation, yes. However, since you say it's scabbing over, I suggest you see a doctor just to make sure it's something more than a normal irritation.
