tiny shiny red bumps on penis shaft

im freakin out about this, i noticed a red sore on the underside of my shaft (alittle bit bigger then a pinhead) its shiny. i had protected sex about 3-4 weeks ago once with a partner. i also had unprotected sex with a partner about 4-5 monts ago who has hpv (the cancer causing strand) ive read about every article about hpv and hsv but im still confused and can't get a good answer. Ive heard it can be nothing because i run about 2-3 miles at night and it could be sweat but also i thought that genital herpes shows up about a week or two afterwards, i talked to the last partner and she told me that she was tested before me and she was clean....Please help im lost and need an answer
