I had unprotected sex about a week ago and it was my first time. There was some bleeding, and the next day there was a little too. Then about a week after I started getting these super painful red bumps on the inside and out of my vagina and if I touch them, even lightly, it hurts so much I want to cry. The bumps also are making the lips? of my vagina swell a little, and I have some white cottage cheese like discharge coming out sometimes, but sometimes its normal. I'm really not sure what this is, and I dont know if its an STD or not and I'm really scared. Please help!!
