reddish rash on my penis from past 1 and half year which is increasing on my penis skin day by day

hi guys i had a sex with my gf before 1year.....and as i was new to it it had a rash in my penis bcz i had sex with a vergin without any lubricants,,, nd i got a reddish rash on the tip of my penis skin,,, i thought it will go in some days but it had not gone,,, nd i have applied many antifungal creams but no effect on that,,,,  the main problem is that the reddishness is increasing day by day on my whole skin of penis it is coming back to my skin slowely slowely its incresing on my skin previously it was only on the tip of my penis skin but now it came forward more skin is reddish and its increasing day buy day woth little bit itching.. kindly help me its more then a year if anyone can tell what is it and why it is incresing regularly on my whole penis skin...........
