same thing happened to me but what I did I that I stopped masterbating for a few days and I took showers everyday , I cleaned it and it started to go away.. the only problem I had with that is that my penis would get swollen and I couldn't pull my skin nah and every time I took a step , it would hurt my penis as it was rubbing on my pants
