I have had this penis rash on and off for 1 year now. I went to the doctor last year and I he did a physical exam on me and found a cyst on my testical. He sent me to different places to get exams and everything came out ok, the cyst does not matter but my penis rash is still there. He told me it might be because of the testicle so I went to a dermatolagist, who told me its not an STD but could be fungal. He gave me a cream which didnt really help because it made my penis swollen so I stop using it. I am not sexually acted an I have not been for 2 years now. I dont know why my penis rash is on my penis when I take a shower every single day and I am very clean. I am uncircumsed as well. This rash that comes and goes every other couple of days is ruining me mentaly. Please let me know what it could be.
