i have a slight rash like systoms on my penis shaft .... It does itch at times but nothing unbearable ! I have no soars or discharge it feels fine other than itching at times . I wondered if its a yeast infection or even jock itch ? I dip my penis in white vinegar for few mintue and seem to cool the itching feeling and didnt burn is it safe say not a std ?
