so i have a weird question, i think there is something wrong with my forskin, when i am soft theres like a 1.5 cm amount of skin past my tip, it is just narrow and kinda there. I am uncut, 16 and 7in long. When i am hard the skin is just about even with the tip, and when i try to pull it back, you can kinda see the inside pink area. But i can not acutly slide it back and forth, so I can see my head and what not. Will this matter to a girl, sexually. And is this fixable?

I suppose that would be up to her but I doubt she would care unless she wanted to play with it and play with your head.
Why can't you slide it back? If it's just tight you can keep working it back to stretch the skin.

It doesn't sound as if anything is wrong with your foreskin. You are blessed with a long and abundant foreskin. The part that extends past the head of your penis is called the "akroposthion" or more commonly the "overhang".
The ancient Greeks considered the long tapering overhang to be very handsome.
Since your overhang is narrow and non-retractable, you need to start stretching exercises to widen the overhang part of your foreskin.
