i Had a some dry skin on the tip of my penis about a month ago and it peeled and was gone until early today. it is a reddish bump and does not hurt, itch or burn, it is just there. there is no puss or anything. someone told me it was from masturbating to much (gf of 2 years dumped me.. what can i say..)
