hello.i'm a17 yr old guy.i have been masturbating since13.
i am having some redness or say red rash at the tip of my penis.it was just on the tip before six months and i never gave it to much attention that it will heal by itself.but it didn't.after 1 month of its appearance it started growing . now it is on shaft from the tip to the end in the middle end of the shaft appears as redneess or say rash.and also some small bumps around the shaft.i haven't had sex with anyone so i was knowing that it can't be std.and whenever i masturnate it used to irritate and swell penis after ejaculation.

i have shown it to a derm but when i showed him my penis was not erect and was in the smallest state.so these were not appearing and he said that it is nothing.and i also beleived tha it is nothing.but the pain was constantly there and also burning sensation .these does not get seen easily .for waching these rashes it has to be seen very carefully.
and also when i open my shaft i see that there are some shapes diggen in shape of a pinch(like if you pinch someone then the mark which appears after pinching.)

i think it is male yeast infection.NOW IT HAS CAUSED SOME SWELLING IN MY PENIS .and i don't no what to do?

CAN U PLEASE TELL ME WHOM TO CONSULT FOR THESE AND WHAT TO SAY?

DERMATOLOGIST OR UROLOGIST? BECUSE THERE IS SWELLING ON THE PENIS.

You should be fine going to any family physician. I don't believe a specialist would be necessary for this problem. But if you really want to go to a specialist, a urologist is probably your best bet. I wouldn't think this is a dermal situation. This is just what I think though, I have never been in a situation like yours so I don't know for sure.

Penis bumps may result from ingrown hairs, papules, STD’s, or genital warts, while a red rash may be attributed to dermatitis, allergic reactions, psoriasis, or balanitis, a swelling that occurs in the penis tip of uncircumcised males. Vitamins A, C, D, and E may improve your penis’ overall health by smoothing and hydrating the penile skin, soothing irritation and cracks, increasing the body’s immune system, and repairing skin cells. Gently applying a topical penis cream or moisturizer (Man 1 Man Oil is recommended by many health experts) containing the vitamins that I mentioned, may help alleviate your rash and bumps. It sure helped me! All my best in resolving your problem.
