This is the first informed and calm discussion I've seen of this topic. Really appreciate it. I'm in the process of learning and coming to terms with some negative feelings re:being circumcised and this put my mind at ease a little. Thank you sir.

Great post.
I have tried, for month, a simple mix of TOP QUALITY coconut oil, vitamin e, shea butter etc etc and it works a treat.
You could just moisturise with it.. but the best is to put a good dollop in the end of a GOOD QUALITY condom and put it on... during the day it can slip down or unravel, but in general it feels great and provides a very moist environment for the head/glans.
It definitely improves sensitivity.
Certainly agree, if you can, lengthen and regain your foreskin, but I am cut super tight so nothing to work with.
The manhood looks good, but you need a container that can hold moisture. Condom is simple.
Good luck.

Exfoliating may help to remove layers of dead skin cells, but there is a risk of irritation involved. What about using a penis health creme? Some products have L arginine, which is supposed to help with senstivity, and vitamins like A and C that can improve the texture of the skin.

Good post Lincoln
Just to clear things up:
No. Acetylsalicylic acid is aspirins chemical name. Do not ingest your 'salicylic acid' as it will cause internal bleeding, diarrhea or death.
The standard treatment for calluses is a 6% aspirin suspension in petroleum jelly, applied on the callus for one hour and then removed with washing. Salicylic acid should be okay for short periods of time on the epidermis. Both have a similar external mechanism of action as they are: keratolytic (break keratin), comedolytic (prevent oil blemishes), and bacteriostatic agents (stop the reproduction of bacteria). They cause the cells of the epidermis to shed more readily leaving more room for new cell growth. Benzoyl Peroxide and sulfur are also keratolytic, but lets stick to the 6% aspirin suspension in petroleum jelly for now.

I know it seems tempting, but long-term (or even short-term) use of something not made for the penis can be harmful/irritating to it. Maybe opt for something made for it instead like a penis health creme, one with ingredients like acetyl L-carnitie to promote sensitivity.

Acne creams are pretty bad for your penis skin. They contain strong chemicals that can dry out your skin and damage the surface. Try using a penis health creme, instead. A product with vitamin A is best - this is often used in acne treatments - and a penis creme won't damage your skin.

Hi guys,
I am also cirmcumcised and I also had serious problems with my penis sensitivity. I could not feel much down there, blowjobs didnt work for me, sex was frustraiting, because I needed a lot of hand stimulation...
but after applying pure coconut oir or shea butter or any moisturizing oil and waring a non-latex condoms that are suitable for oil based lubricants e.g. polyurethane condoms, it worked great for me. In 10 days, the dead skin on my penis head fall down and on week 3, I had huge improvement. After some time it become very sensitive down there like uncut :) and now sex is great and I can enjoy blowjobs...
There is deffinetely NO need for the stupid "special penis creams", just moisture the little guy with oil and prevent the scratching with something e.g. a condom, silicone tube/sleeve, manhood or anything else that suits you...

Wow. This provided a lot of answers to questions I've had. I am on my second week of restoring and this was very helpful. I will start taping I guess, to keep my glans covered when I don't have the DTR device on. Thanks so much!

has anyone been lucky with the ManHood cover ? It's a kind of hat that you wear to protect your glans. I've been wearing it for almost 6 months and haven't noticed any change, unfortunately. I don't mind wearing it but I'm wondering if i should use shea butter or urea creams in addition to the manhood glans hat.

Hey guys. If you are having a skin problem down below, I think it is a better move to try a penis health creme. Unlike other creams, these are made specifically for the penis skin and treat all sorts of issues down there. Just make sure you get a good creme containing all natural ingredients to avoid any side effects. Hope this helps.

I used the MandHood for 6 months and for me the improvement in my sensitivity was something like 15-25%, not so much. When used with coco oil or shea butter there was another 20-30% improvement, so with the combination of both I got almost 40% improvement, which is good enough for me. I also tried the combination with shea butter, a condom and on top ManHood, then within 2 weeks, the increase of sensitivity was too much that I could not last long enough during sex :) Therefore, I moved to the combination of coco oil and ManHood, which suits me perfect :)
In my opinion ManHood is not so good in protection of the glans, because the glans still have friction within the ManHood. I think the best would be a silicone sleeve in combination with coco oil or shea butter.
Another thing is less porn and masturbation, which helps as well. Also, I do not recommend the creams that are sold as "special penis creams", they are not worth the money, you are better with coconut oil or shea butter.
