Cut 43 and have been using a condom with vitamin E oil in it. Wear it constantly, except while in use. IE sex, or peeing. Can even use as masturbatory aid with minimal clean up. When i was 19 i was very very sad bscause i both got circumcised and removed frenulum and all of. The inside skin so removed all that could be removed and experienced the most loss that can be.

Been to my GP , tried every moisturizer for months at a time .vaseline , vitamin E, mild cortisone.01 from GP, shea butter, but nothing makes it go away . You are spot on Dave. I am an old man (over 80) and was cut on the 8th day after birth, my folks belief! We had sex fine for years, just celebrated our 63rd anniversary. Anyway in my early 50s I noticed I had a trouble cumming in a reasonable time like days of old. My wife got tired of trying so when we hit our early 60s sex became at memory except on rare occasions.
