I had unprotected sex with a guy about a month and a half ago. During sex it hurt a lot, and the next morning it hurt too. I waited two days thinking it might be a UTI or yeast infection but after two days it burned a lot when I peed. I went in the doctor and she said I had sores (two, which I couldn't see) and did a culture of them. She also gave me Acyclovir and a gel to numb the area. Well the acyclovir didnt help and the culture came back negative,but since then I noticed this bump that looks a lot like a whitehead and I mean a lot. It popped pretty easily and a little amount of white puss came out, no smell or yellow color to it. So I'm starting to wonder what this could be. I think it could be Chancroid, which I know isnt very common in the us but the symptoms sound a lot like it. Has anyone else had something like this?
