I am a beautician, and I treat all kinds of people of course, but recently someone with scleroderma CREST syndrome turned up at my studio. They have hardened skin, and wanted me to do some spa treatments to them. I told them that I wasn't sure whether it's possible to give spa treatments to people with scleroderma CREST. What do you think?

Well, the first thing that comes to mind when you say that the woman (I presume it's a woman anyway, because men don't normally get spa treatments) asked you for the treatment is that she probably knew what she was talking about, since she was requesting the treatment. You never know of course, but I am not sure you should have refused her the treatment. It's not contagious or anything.
