My best friend has been diagnosed with Morphea or localized Scleroderma, and I want to do everything I can to make it easier for her. She did tell me that the condition was unlikely to develop further, and that it rarely turns into systematic scleroderma but still, they don't know and she is still having lots of tests. Any suggestions how I can help my friend?

It sounds to me like you are being a very caring and loving friend already. All you need to do is to simply be there for her and understand her, and what she is going through, as best you can. I know that that is not always going to be easy because you do not have the disease she does, but you can still offer a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on.
