Seeing the dead?

I believe you.  I'm native american. A Young Ojibwe Woman from Ontario.  I was taught by my elders that there is spirits out there and we should be careful. they can be helpful or they can be a burden.

 -They cant harm you if u believe so.

- Once you make communication with one, or if u get haunted, u will always be able to notice them from there on.

  -Some families believe that if u look into their eyes they can follow u home.

- they just dont appear. they wanna be seen if u see one.

-if u have this feeling something is there, then there probably is lol.  but ignore it. pay them no attention and they should leave u alone. i was told some of them feed on ur fear or attention.

- I had some moments with some and they spoke ojibwe, and somtimes when it was in english it was only a few words like "come" or they would say my nic name. 

- My work place is haunted because it was burried over unmarked graves that belonged to some students from a residential school near by. I would be doing paperwork and i would feel someone's hand on my shoulder or forearm (my co-worker seen the indent it left). or i would see a black figure once in awhile. i also heard a man say my name a few times and others have heard it too. there are many stories. its freaky.

- they come to me when i'm in a half awake and half sleeping state. i get this paralyzed feeling and i see someone standing by my bed or a figure would be floating above me. they scare me so i try to fight the paralysis. it works sometimes. its either me being weak or them being strong. i dont know which?

but in my opinion whats happening with you.  this woman and child prolly lived there before. the woman is trying to tell u something obviously. ask her what she wants. hear what she has to say and maybe she will leave u alone.   this boy never comes around anymore?  because he doesnt wanna show himself.  but u never know. they could of followed you from somewhere also.  if it gets too much i suggest u go see someone.  there are other religions and cultures out there that believe and they have their own ways of handling these situations.  but in my case. i got haunted by a man because where i lived something bad had happened there.  and i'm talking about before the town was even built there anyway.  my mom called a medicine man (a legit medicine man NEVER asks for MONEY. NEVER). he did a ceremony. i couldnt go because i was on my period. so my mom went. he asked for a peice of clothing and burned it :(  i dont really know what happened. but i do know i suddenly got sleepy and fell asleep. i had a great dream about me having a sister (i'm the only daughter) and when i woke up my mom was home. when he was praying for me and asking for protection from the greater , i fell asleep. i was like a half an hour away from him  its cool. i'm proud to be native.
