Hi! This is the way in which your body expels placental tissue, excess mucus and blood after giving birth. Normally this is not a sign of health complication. But, this is normal if you bleed less than eight days after giving birth %-) Changing a pad every half hour is not a good sign too. So, I know how difficult it is to be in such situation and without insurance, but you should really see a gynecologist. Take care.
