I started my period after not having one for over a year i was on the depo shot got off it in feb and its now september just started a real well overly real i guess its not normal i know this much when i have had them before i wouldn't have to change for like 4 or 5 hours and now i have had to change my tampon and pad both at same time every hour to hour and a half i am having some blood clots and i never had cramping this bad i took motin i've taken vicadin750 nothing is helping i'm sick to my tummy i have had one kid and she is 3 now what is going on can anyone please help me

i wouldnt worry too much about it, your body is returning to its normal state, i had the same thing happen to me after having the out coil after 3 years with no periods.blood clots are normal in period it just your body passing blood too quickly.

honey climb into a very hot bath! It'll help you relax! I pass clots too, but not really that much anymore. Don't stress too much. If it carries on for more than 6 days, then you should call your doctor and make an appointment. okay?
