I have been having sharp abdominal pains, i keep getting tunel vision and dizziness even when just laying down, extreme nausea and vomiting but continuously hungery, troubles peeing, bloating and an abnormal amount of gas...
It started about a month or more ago with just the nausea, i was going to make a roast beef sandwhich and the smell of it made me throw up, it wasnt bad or anything so i didnt know why it did it, now i keep getting randomly nauseated and vomiting and sharp pains in my stomach and i constently feel like i have to pee really bad but when i try to i either cant, or it takes 5 mins to pee then it burns alittle. I also keep getting tunnel vision and feeling dizzy randomly. I am 17 almost 18 years old, i have a diolostic heart murmer, depression and anxiety. Im really scared because i dont know what is going on. Please help me figure out what this might be from.

I can't say for sure what's going on because symptoms you describe happen because of so many reasons, but, have you been taking any medications - for anything? Sometimes the medications that are supposed to help you cause side effects like frequent urination and stomach problems. On the other side, since I've been through all possible problems with stomach, this also sounds to me like it might be related to stomach acid. Have you tried ever taking some OTC antacid or, what would be even better, seeing a doctor specifically about your stomach problems?

I take 10mg of Clearaton for allergies and 50mg of Amitrypiline for migrane headaches. I havent tryd the antacid but im trying to get in to see my doctor to find out. Thanks for you reply.

Get to a doctor quick and test for urinary tract infection. If you cross contaminate while wiping after a bowel movement you can get a UTI. It is a serious infection and b/c you said you cant pee and it burns I lean towards a UTI. Get to a hospital quickly. Seriously! let me know the outcome.

I'm having really bad stomach pains. It's not gas pains or anything. I could just be laying down and get really sharp pains in my stomach. And when I sit up I get really sharp pains as well. What could be causing them?
