I went drinking with some friends two weeks ago and had not too many drinks (maybe 5 beers).  I ended up vomiting multiple times that night.  The next day, I had what I *thought* was the worst hangover i've ever had, but strangely the symptoms didn't go away for a while (mostly stomach pain).  The pain in my stomach got sort of better about a week ago, but then I started feeling a constant burning pain in my lower abdomen, near my bladder.  Now I have pain in the right side of my abdomen and back pains too :(  I've also been feeling very fatigued and have no energy.  I'm going crazy trying to figure out what is wrong with me and the doctor can't see me for two more weeks.  Btw, I did go to the doctor a week ago and they thought it was gastritis.  They gave me antacid medicine which i've been taking but it hasn't helped with the abdominal pain.  I've had normal stools and urination throughout all of this and no fever.  Wtf is wrong with me?  I heard appendicitis can happen without a fever or vomiting... do you guys think I have that?

Appreciate any input.

I'm just going to reply to this in case it helps other people. I can't remember my login so I'm posting as a guest. Eventually I got a gastroscopy and the doctor said there was a spot that was kind of red and irritated on my stomach wall. I took probiotics and tried to keep my stomach acid down (avoid coffee, etc) and eventually it went away. Hope this helps.
