I had a psychotic break at the end of December of 2010 and I haven't been taking my medication and I told my therapist that I current visit about twice a week that I'm having sharp shooting pains in my head that occur at least three in the course of day she advised me that the psychotic has nothing to do with it and that I need to see a doctor, what is the best medical advice that someone can give me?
