I'm a 17 yr old girl. I have a pretty sedentary lifestyle and a sitting posture that I'm not proud of.
I've been experiencing shortness of breath for a while. It's the kind people usually get when they've held a bad posture for long and need to fill their lungs with a deep breath. When that happens, I feel like yawning big-mouth to inhale and exhale as much air as possible.
I am not feeling any pain in my chest, just the urgent need to breath deep.
The scary part is it happens once every 20-30 mins when I'm sitting.
Is it just due to my bad posture or do I need to pay a visit to the doc ?
I think you answered yourself. You need to develop better posture and a little more exercise wouldn't hurt.
