Im a 26 yrs. old male, smoker, casual drinker and like spicy, salty and spices in my foods with healthy eating habits.  Im experiencing shortness of breath upon inhalation and/or coughing and pain radiating up my neck, sometimes my back hurts too.  I've had this for 6 years now and dont have insurance nor any money to pay hospital expenses. It hurts to swallow and breath deep. When at work I sweat profusely and feel nausea but only when I work.  Im not coughing up any blood, no numbness, no bluish skin and no dizziness. At rest, it hurts to exhale and inhale. What do you think it is?
