I've been on Yaz birth control pill for about two years and i take it very regularly. I finished my period on day 4 of my cycle and had sex that night, we didn't use a condom so i decided it would be best to get the morning after pill the next, which i did about 15 hours later. I took my pill the next day but it was about 6 hours later than i usually do. Should i be worried or should i calm down as i still took my pill within 12 hours of the time i generally take it and also took the morning after pill?

I wouldn't be worried. If you had missed the pill completely and taken it the next day you would have still be protected. Still, for continued protection you need to take it as directed, and at a regular time.
You did NOT need the morning after pill. It is less effective than your birth control and is intended for emergencies - such as a condom breaks, etc. It is a VERY large dose of hormones. Long term there can be risks.
Your next several periods may be early or late AND heavier or lighter than normal. These are common side effects.
