I noticed the yesterday a small, red lump above my testicles, close to where my leg and pelvis meet. I feel a little pinch when I poke it, but it really doesn't hurt more than a scratch would. The lump doesn't move, and its about the size of a small marble. I am very concerned. I'm only fifteen and I'm in good shape, and I can't imagine it being cancerous. Some insight would be much appreciated. Thank you so much.
