I'm 20 years old an recently my gf has found a lump on my left testicle. From what she tells me when she examined it is that it's attached to the top of the testicle an the size of a small marble. When I check it out my self an squeeze it, it hurts. But on a normal basis it doesn't hurt or cause any discomfort I'm just really worried and it would really help if anyone had any info on this.
