im really scared because i just found these small white open sores on my vajina and they hurt. i have no idea what they are and i cant say anything to anybody i know because im so scared it could be something serious and i dont want to be made fun of. they arent very big but they're big enough to be noticable and painful can anybody maybe tell me what this could be?

theres also a yellow-ish white liduid kind of discharge every now and again but it doesnt smell and it doesnt irritate anything and nothing is ever sore is what confuses me
