I hope all teenagers see this;
Society has brought teenagers or young girls to think that being UNDERWEIGHT is the best thing, and is healthy and that is the only way to get a boyfriend. This is so wrong, do not look at all the magazine models, they have special and very strict diets that can be unhealthy. I am, myself a victim of feeling "fat" I am 14, 5'10 and 130 pounds, which is a good weight on BMI but all of my friends are like 90, which makes me feel insecure. Don't fall into being like me. I've tried everything to just fit in or loose a couple pounds, when in reality I need to build more muscles for my sports.
Please don't be too hard on yourselves,
