It sounds like you're describing some growths on the head of the penis that you are uncomfortable. I think you would want to go see a doctor if this was a continuing problem or something that has developed.
As far as having translucent skin, that's not uncommon, and something you probably will never have any control over.
With additional exposure to sunlight, you might find some tanning and darning of the skin, but be careful.. You don't want to get burned...there or anywhere else, for that matter.
