You are describing symptoms of an infection. It could be either a urinary tract infection (UTI) or an STD. Based on your frequent urination it is likely a UTI - but we can't tell. You need to see a doctor for an exam to determine what type of bacteria are in the discharge.
Do it NOW. You can become VERY ill from either of these infections.
