Hi there, About 6 months ago whilst in the shower I happened to glance down and noticed something in the bath that was almost caterpillar like in shape and was a very dark red colour. I got a shock but before I knew it it had gone down the plug hole and I soon forgot about it. Yesterday and this morning however the same thing happened, though this time there were random small dark red bits amongst the long bit. I managed to pick one up, they do not dissolve when crushed and certainly are not worms etc. I just have no idea what to think. I have a photo of it if anyone dared wants to review it!! It almost looks like tampon string but I haven't used a tampon for a couple of years. Any thoughts? It definitely isnt discharge and I dont have my period.
