sores around the vagina that look like pimples?

I dont know what to call it but theses bumps hurt very badly.Even if you try to touch them it is very painful for me to sit down and walk and at night it is hard for me to sleep ot always feel like it is burning.When I have to pee it stings and burns very painful and there is this white puss stuff that is all liquidly and it has this strange smell that stinks Can You please help me and tell what can be used to stop this?
