Hi all, sorry if this is the wrong place to post, but I'm actually not sure of what it is, just hoping to get some help here! For about 3-4 years I've been getting this.. Sort of shiver down my spine, but it stays in my neck. It's almost the same sensation though. But also, I can't control my arms/hands when it happens if they're not busy. For example of I am just sitting there, I will either grab something/someone next to me or I'll grab some part of myself, usually my thigh or pull my hair. No pain or anything. I think it's odd. Is it something I should be seeing the GP about?
