Hi, I am 33 years old male and I have problem with spasm which I feel under my rib cage. I am working in the office and I am spending more than 8 hour sitting in front of my computer. After my job when I go home I feel spasm under rib cage and I don't know how to get rid of it. I tried to massage that region of my body but relief was small.
