Hello I have been on nova ring for 4 years and I’m 42. This is the first time since using it that I have gotten my period aftr taking it out and then putting  a new one i a week later the I hv been spotting brown all week.  I have always gotten short period but never then started spotting days aftr.Any suggestions why Thanks trish
