On methadon 4 years (145 daily dose) december last last year started to slowing detox. 5 mg a week till 80, then 3 yto 50then went to 2 then 40 went to 1. AT 32 MG WENT COOL TURKEY in hospital, stayed for 3 days 8 days now want to stay clean but having hard time ....... any words of wisdom ?
