What can I take to lose weight from many upperdural steriod injections? It's put 35 lbs on me!

Hi there, I'm not sure if I am posting on a thread twice but unfortunately when you put on weight due to drugs, you have to lose the weight the old fashioend way through diet and exercise. Have you got any ideas as to what you'll be doing for that? Good luck to you, and keep me posted on how you're doing. Thanks!
