agreed shorten cycles wait longer in between .. always post cycle if he has been using them for quite some time then he should know this already ... i would recommend Nova vs Clomid primarily due to the worse side effects of Clomid. HCG could help in more extream cases but time is the best answer...

all they need to do is PCT propley and there sex drive will come back so many people take gear and then come off and think everything will be find its not the case taking it is easy and we love it coming off is the hard bit as u need totake tables for a month after novlerdex its for people with cancer but if ur boyfriendhusband gets gear he will be able to get hold of these they get ur balls back to the size they should be and the sex drive  

They say using steroids make men sterile in the long run, and develops unnatural body changes in man's body like developing male breast enlargement or gynecomastia. If I, as a wife, or any wife for that matter, couldn't perform sexually due to some selfish c**p I put into my body, I doubt my husband, or any huband, would sit by patiently for 6-8 months while my ovaries grow back. He should be prepred to either do whatever is neccessay to please his wife, or be prepared for her to find it elsewhere.

I have been using steroids on and off(more so on..) for the past five or 6 years without giving myself much of  a break, now approximately five months ago i decided to come off them for other reasons, but first of all commenting on some of the other posts..taking hcg when coming off steroids will do nothing for your body and only prolong your body being able to restore its own natural test as hcg will also suppress your own testosterone, secondly taking testosterone boosters (pro hormones) will also shut down your own test and prevent it from producing naturally, so that is not an option for coming off steroids. I came off and took pct( tamoxifen) for 6 weeks  as it is known to help start bringing your own test back to normal after a cycle, BUT depending on how long you have been on a cycle and doing steroids and also depending on what steroids you were doing as some play havoc on your system more than others you could be waiting for up to a year before your body returns to normal, and one more important thing is in some cases your body will never return to the same levels as it was at before steroids were started, and if that is the case and it is really low the only other option is test replacement treatment which is not the best solutions as if your body has got to that point you have to take these for life to keep your test up and on top of that just like steroids the test rep therapy will will also decrease your sperm count significantly as trt also shuts down your own testes which is not ideal if your looking to father a child..

Now to my situation, after five months of being off steroids and also about being three and a half months without pct in my body, my test count is still extremely low, a count of 3.7 when the norm is 8 - 30 as i just got i measured for the third time as i am now seeing an endocronologist. The thing is my pituitary gland in working fine and my fsh and lh levels are high which means they are working overtime to try to get my testes to respond, so the problem is in my testes now and not my brain, so since i have been on steroids so long i will need to wait it out and hope for the best.

Waiting another few months is going to seem like a years as i have practically no sex drive which is terrible for my fiancee and i but the good thing is she understands and would rather wait it out instead of seeing me go back on steroids. Not only that but it is effecting my motivation  and my strength and weight have plummeted, but i will put of with these for now and give it another few months and see if things will change and keep going to my dr. If after a year and my test is still super low then i know my testes are shot.. and the only option for me will have to be trt. Sometimes it seems so much easier for me to go back on steroids and feel like a "million bucks" again so to speak but that is not the right option as then i will be starting again from square one when i come off and have to go through all this again. I do regret taking steroids now and just have to wait it out and see if it eventually comes back to normal, if not i will have to see about trt, and then also have to look into the best way for my fiancee and i to eventually have a child as that is our plans for the future, no one to blame but myself but if i would of had the knowledge back then as i have now.

 

 

Sorry, but the advice you are getting here is terrible, and I do mean terrible, please don't listen to these pathetic answers, Nolvadex and Tamoxife is the same thing, double the dose, 2 pills twice a day? Do you even know what the half life of the drug is, why would you need to split it and why would you need 40mg?

hi my partner has taken steroids in the past and wants to take them again, we are trying for a baby and im worried it will effect his sperm count . H e said he felt great on them but i got told by his family he was a ars. I dont want he to take them because he doesnt need them just abit of hard work to get to his goal but if that what makes him happy than so be it.

Follow the bellow mentioned PCT, it doesn't matter if you have been on steroids for 10 years, this is a guaranteed recovery protocol, worst case scenario you will need to repeat it, just leave out the 7 days Clomid when you repeat. Good luck and stop stressing, this is very easy to correct. Rather use the Synthetic hCG over the Pregnyl (hCG)

He needs to get his endocrin system back under control...it sounds as though he is suffering from a side effect of steroids known as hypgonadism, It is a result of over stimulation of the testicules caused by an excess of adrogens and more particularly estrogens...so it is possible that he could benefit from a course of clomid or another selective estrogen receptor modulator. The problem is that this kinda therapy is pretty underdevelopped in the US, but he should definitely talk to his doctor about doing something to get his testosterone levels up somehow. Its sad that he passed through this phase of substance abuse, but now he wants to get on the right path. Im sure his doctor would be happy to help!

please tell us what it is, because we are thinking about taking steroids but we are doing are research about the side effects. and if the sexual effects are not avoidable we need to know what will make us sexually good and healthy again.
