I am having a problem for the last one year. my problem is whenever i get erection and watch adult movies or even naked pictures of girls. a sticky fluid or liquiid comes out from my penis in drops. Is it a precum situation or nothing else. i am really worried if I m having a problem and should seek a doctor. please help ASAP.

This is precum. Precum shows up upon erection or slightly before erection. It is a liquid that serves to lubricate the skin upon stimulation but when it appears slightly before ejaculation, it does so to clear the urethral passage so that sperm could come through without being damaged.
