New to your forum - hope you can help.
yesterday evening a strange headache, never before experienced, occured.
I am male, 43 years old, vegetarian, non smoker, non drinker.
once I had eaten dinner, it went away.
this morning, it reoccured, stronger and more prominent than before. the best way I can describe this: the feeling you have in your nose when you eat too mcuh mustard - a kind of rushing hot sensation, that passes within a matter of seconds. It occurs on the top-front-left side of my head. I am left handed if this means anything at all. It is not painful as such, more worrying.
I lead a reasonably healthy lifestyle - not as much exercise as I would like, but am currently pretty stressed with a Masters exam and being out of work. I have some employment options on the table, and am trying to choose which one. I work in international humanitarian work, and live, when not at home in France, in developing countries.
I hope to hear from you very soon with some ideas, and will provide any answers to help you diagnose this matter.
Last point: I started wearing glasses last year July for reading, but do not use them for work on the computer, of which I do a lot at the moment.
Thanks for any advice you can provide
