8 year old left side of body smaller than right

I can see that you are concerned father and since your boy is only 8 years old you could try to do something about it but I am not sure what. Try consulting with your doctor, maybe it will help. But just for your information this is normal.

My left side is bigger than my right side even though I'm mixed handed with right hand dominant. My left foot is bigger than my right foot by a visible amount and my left shoulder sometimes is slightly higher when I walk, I have learned that so I try to balance my shoulders out when I walk but sometimes I forget.

And I am a woman so it is natural that one of my breasts is bigger than the other. Hopefully this was helpful.

I was born with one whole side of the body that is bigger than the other. What does that mean, do I have cerebral palsy? The left is obviously more dominant. Can surgery do anything?
