Hello, folks. I have been diagnosed with restless leg syndrome. It is not related to Parkinson’s disease. However, sometimes it really bothers me. I feel that stress is making this syndrome worse. Is this possible? Perhaps, I am not right. I would gladly hear out your opinion. Thanks in advance, guys.

Hello. You are absolutely right. Stress can be one of the provoking factors. If something stressful happens, restless leg syndrome (RLS) gets worse. You should talk to your neurologist about this. Perhaps, besides medications, he can suggest you a good psychotherapist. Psychotherapy can be really helpful in your case. I hope everything will be all right. Let me know what you’ve done. I hope I’ve helped a little. Bye!
