I have big problems with my bowel. To be more precise, I am experiencing sudden changes in bowel habits. Usually, I go to bathroom for bowel action once in two days, but lately I had some trouble with that. I go every day now, sometimes even twice a day. I know that it has to do something with me starting practicing aerobic three times a week, but this much? I am just not sure.

Workout has a lot to do with our body's metabolism. It speeds it up, which also includes relieving of waste materials. This could also happen if you have made sudden changes with your eatinh habits (people usually do that when they start with exercises). Is that the case with you also? Anyway, you should now that once in three days and three times a day is a normal thing for bowel action.
