I have had these same symptoms. Sometimes brought on in situations that Icall normal such a phone call from a friend or relative or talking in a group of people. One day I had a 4 hr. episode in a Dr's office and my BP did go up significantly and I was too weak to sit or stand unaided. They tested me for seizures, adrenal gland tumors and an echocardiogram and all was fine. Have also had the same tests as you and they are normal also. My Mom had the same symptoms on and off for many, many years, never with a diagnosis except that maybe she was a little "off"....I am beginning to feel the same way except I do have the actual witnessing of my most severe episode by my Infectious Disease Dr. (I was being treated for the 2 mycobacteriums avium & abscesses until 1 week ago when I finally was able to stop the "cocktail" of antibiotics that I have been on for 18 months). Also, I had general anesthesia for the repair of a spontaneous rupture of my left EPL tendon. All these symptoms which had been around but not dibilitationg since I became ill, suddenly became much worse culminationg in the 4 hr. episode. They have now slacked off and are virtually gone except for just an occasional lightheadness with very mild weakness and several "sweating" episodes a day. My question is the same...they are picking up again after about 6 weeks of no episodes...what do I do....ignore them? My husband still worries about me driving.
