Please if anyone has experenced sudden weekness and pain in both arms that effects your hands and lasts a few minutes and then goes away ....this has happend about 5-6 times in the last 6 months..recent ..last night it just comes out of the blue no worning it just happends and i feel a hot feeling and pain in both arms and my hands get really weak i have to rub my arms and then kinda goes away it really has me worried....What could cause something like this.....and should i be worried.....if anyone has any answers please reply thank you so much....

Same symptoms.
Sudden weakness in lower arms, like the blood is draining out of them, spreads to upper arms, then shoulders. Feel wek, have to sit down, then it goes away.
Taking potassium and magnesium supplements as described in other posts. Morning weakness seems to have lessened or gone away. Don't know if it's placebo or not. Also drinking an electrolyte solution in the morning and throughout the day to make sure I stay hydrated. When this happened last year, took blood pressure readings in the morning and they were pretty low. Doctor took EKG and blood work, all OK.
Haven't had more pronounced episodes that last a minute or two and sit me down for over two months now, but that's the way it usually works. They occur without rhyme or reason, then go away and everything is OK.

i see zigzag lights (after i turn the lights off, th elight which bounce off into my eye and roll down, also i feel this when i am sleeping and open my eye there will be a bright white spot rolling down diagonal) ( i got punched in my left eye couple of months ago by a schizo person who i ticked off who was my mom's bf, i never got it checked out) i always have weakness in my left arm like right now, and i have very weak feeling very just plain no energy very sore. what the hell is wrong with me, the muscle fatigue in my arms and legs have lasted for 2 years. I got the muscle fatigue there just shortly after being separated from basic training in great lakes, illinois, i started sleeping more and not moving around much at all, i had to force myself to get up and do things, its not a very fun expereince i am shaking right now
